This was a great class to explore the basics. It was such a warm and friendly place to learn with others who have the same questions. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. It was a very relaxed atmosphere where laughs were had and questions were answered. A beautiful space to learn with others. I hope another class comes along soon. Well done.

I enjoyed this class a lot. Anita was sure to make sure that everyone was ready for each exercise and ensured that no-one was left behind.
I also liked that everyone was welcome to comment and/or ask questions all the way through. I had an AHA moment and I feel that my connection to spirit is stronger because of it.
